AmeriCorps VISTA training: Jai Jackson provided a top notch professional development workshop for our AmeriCorps VISTA members. VISTAs do community outreach and coalition building with community partners, so honing their communication skills for a diverse audience is critical to building and deepening relationships. Jai tailored a workshop to our needs, and it was informative and engaging. We learned about our own communication styles, strengths and traits and how to work effectively with those whose styles may differ. We learned a lot and we had fun! Great all around experience.
